What is Kushal’s return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery, with no questions asked, provided the product is unused and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

How do I initiate a return for a domestic order?

To initiate a return:

  1. Go to Orders → Products → Return.
  2. Select the reason for return from the dropdown menu.
  3. Submit your request within 15 days of delivery.

How long does it take to arrange a return pickup?

Once your return request is submitted, we will arrange the pickup within 24–48 working hours.

From where will the return be picked up?

  1. Return pickup will be scheduled from the same address where the order was originally delivered.
  2. Our delivery partner will inspect the product at the time of pickup.

Are return pickups available everywhere?

Return pickups are available only in selected serviceable locations, depending on third-party logistics partners and dynamic serviceability changes.

If pickup is not available at your location, please contact customer support, and alternate return options will be provided based on your location.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Due to hygiene reasons, Naths (nose pins) and Toe Rings are not returnable.

Are there any conditions for a successful return?

Yes. To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused
  2. Original tags, packaging and invoice must be intact
  3. Products must be returned in the same condition as received

Can offline purchases be returned online?

No. Offline store purchases cannot be returned online.

How will I receive my refund for prepaid orders?

For prepaid orders:

  1. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after successful return pickup
  2. The amount will be credited to the same account used for payment
  3. Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank

How will I receive my refund for COD orders?

For COD orders:

  1. A refund link will be sent to your registered mobile number within 24–48 hours after successful return pickup
  2. You will need to enter your bank details to get the refund
  3. Refund processing begins within 24 hours of submitting your details

Are shipping charges refundable?

No. Shipping charges are non-refundable when a product is returned. (On COD, Snapmint)

What is the refund process for Snapmint (EMI) orders?

For Snapmint (EMI) orders:

  1. Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours
  2. For additional details, please contact Snapmint customer support

Does Kushal’s offer product exchanges?

  1. Online exchanges are not available
  2. Exchanges are available only at physical stores, subject to eligibility

To check eligibility, contact customer support with:

  1. Product images (tags intact)
  2. Invoice copy

Our team will guide you to a nearby eligible store within 15 days of purchase.

What are the exchange conditions?

  1. Exchanges are allowed for products of the same or higher value
  2. Store exchange is subject to product condition and verification

How can I cancel my order?

If the order has already been shipped, you can reject the package at the time of delivery, and it will be processed as a return.
